Stephen is the Managing Director of CSJ Bespoke Plaster Mouldings Limited. He is a fully qualified Fibrous Plastering Craftsman with over 30 years of experience in site and shop work. He remains very hands-on, splitting his time between the office, the workshop, and meeting clients. Stephen is immensely proud of the family business and all of its achievements and enjoys spending time with his children, cycling and films. He can’t stand bad driving and eggs.
Joanne is the Works Director and sister to Stephen. Jo splits her time between Marketing and running the workshop, where she still enjoys putting her casting skills to good use. It might be a cliché, but Jo attributes a major part of the success of the business to a fantastic team of people working with her, and the foundations put in place by her parents, John and Christine who have now sadly passed away and are greatly missed. Jo likes loom banding and Grey’s Anatomy, although she doesn’t like to be woken up early and going to Ikea.
Ian is CSJ Bespoke’s longest serving employee and is a Fibrous Plastering Technician with over 18 years of experience in installation work. Ian has become the “Daddy” of the team who likes to offer his help and advice wherever he can. Outside of work, Ian enjoys weekends away and vodka. Ian dislikes the rain, flat beer and tuna.
Sean is a fully qualified Fibrous Plastering Craftsman with over 8 years of experience under his belt. He has been with CSJ Bespoke since 2006 and served his three year apprenticeship here. Sean is a highly respected, enthusiastic and key member of the business. Sean enjoys pizza and peanuts (well, all food really) but dislikes long traffic jams and musicals.
Keith qualified as a Fibrous Plastering Craftsman in 1989 following a three year apprenticeship at Leeds Building College. Keith later taught at the College before bring his years of expertise to the CSJ Bespoke team. Keith is considered the comedian of the team. He thoroughly enjoys real ale, reading and Classic FM. His pet hate is compensation culture.
Richard is a Fibrous Plastering Technician who originally joined CSJ Bespoke straight after school at the age of 16. Now 31, Richard has a great wealth of experience of all things Fibrous. Richard enjoys football and is a long suffering England fan. He likes music and films but dislikes salads, bowling and alternative comedians.
Andy first came to us straight out of school (without even one day off). He served his apprenticeship here. Andy likes to eat healthily, keep fit and can often be found in the gym lifting weights or the pub lifting pints. Andy likes to keep busy as he hates having nothing to do.
Jasmine is our “Saturday Girl” and the youngest team member. Jasmine is Steve’s daughter and is demonstrating the same highly motivated work ethic as her Father. Jazz thoroughly enjoys learning and building up her business knowledge every Saturday morning. Jasmine loves Ed Sheeran and riding her horse Miranda, but her true passion is shopping. She dislikes spiders and mushrooms.
